Airdrill Specify the Spinner II® Centrifuge

Airdrill now specifies the Spinner II™ centrifuge on all their drill rigs and boosters. When ordering your new or refurbished drill rig or Hurricane Booster you have the option to fit a centrifuge to your engines oil lubrication system, your hydraulic oil system or your compressor oil, even your fuel tank can be cleaned to remove
submicron particles that cause premature injector failure.

Each centrifuge will then remove particles from the fluid down to 1/10µm (10th of a micron). Some of Airdrill's customers have already seen the benefits and have told us that once the centrifuge was fitted they have extended their engine oil and their compressor oil from 400-hour service intervals to 1000 hour service intervals all through an oil analysis programme. Removing these submicron particles inevitably extends component life.
